Gareth is an experienced Chief Executive and former senior UK Civil Servant (Director General) who led major change programmes and large customer-facing organisations.

Gareth served as Chief Executive of Companies House and Registrar of Companies for England and Wales for 5 years, significantly improving its customer service and international profile – both in Europe and globally – while improving efficiency and customer costs.

Gareth is Currently Chairman and Director of the Association of Company Registration Agents. ACRA, the only recognised Professional Association for company registration, works closely with various Government departments including Companies House, HM Treasury, BEIS, and HMRC.
