With over three decades of experience in registries and finance, Julian Lamb recently served as the Executive Director and Registrar at the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC). Julian led numerous strategic projects at the Registry, drawing on his extensive background in policy, regulation, and operations management.  The Jersey Registry is seen as an example of a highly efficient and modern business registry. 

Julian’s career is distinguished by significant contributions to the evolution of registry services, both locally and internationally. He has played pivotal roles in enhancing customer service, driving digital transformation, and advancing industry best practices. Julian understands and champions the need for integrity and trust in registers.  

Julian is a respected leader in the registry community and has held board level roles on three of the most significant registry organizations globally. He has been on the board of the European Business Registry Association (EBRA), Chaired the International Section of the International Association of Commercial Administrators (IACA) and served on the Executive Committee of the Corporate Registers Forum (CRF). Through these roles Julian has been instrumental in shaping global standards and fostering collaboration within the registry community. His leadership and expertise continue to drive innovation and excellence in the registry world.
