Justin leads Foster Moore’s global business development and marketing activities. Working with a highly experienced team of registry people, Justin ensures that Foster Moore brings innovation and registry best practice to our international clients through our products and consulting.
Before joining Foster Moore, Justin spent 26 years with the New Zealand Companies Office. During this time, the Companies Office gained an international reputation for innovative service delivery and best practice registry management.
Justin has been a long-term contributor to the international registry community. He is the founder of the Corporate Registers Forum (CRF) and held the position of Secretary from its inception in 2003 until 2011. Justin has also chaired the International Relations Section of the International Association of Commercial Administrators (IACA).
Justin holds a Master of Public Administration from Victoria University Wellington, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Canterbury, and has attended leadership programs at the Smith School of Business at Queens University.
