Foster Moore are excited to have launched the first iteration of Bermuda’s Companies and Partnerships Register. The Companies and Partnerships Register went live on 7 June 2021 and sits alongside the Economic Substance Register which went live in May 2020.
The register allows the public to view all corporate registers maintained by the Registrar of Companies. Statutory filings and applications can also be made online.
The Companies and Partnership Register represents a true global effort by Foster Moore with the project being delivered by our teams in both the U.S. and New Zealand.
