Nigel’s career spans multiple industries, including technology, fintech, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), with a consistent focus on leveraging technology to improve service delivery. Prior to joining Foster Moore, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Quotable Value Ltd, where he led strategic initiatives to enhance digital valuation and property data services, directly supporting local and central government agencies and the wider property ecosystem. As Chief Executive Officer at JNCTN, he played a pivotal role in supporting its scaling of digital identity and credential management solutions. Additionally, during his tenure in senior global roles at Global Blue, Nigel worked closely with governments and retailers to develop tax and payment solutions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks.
With extensive international experience across New Zealand, Asia-Pacific, the UK, and Europe, Nigel brings a global perspective on digital government transformation. His expertise in fintech, payments, and regulatory compliance has positioned him as a leader in developing and implementing technology-driven solutions that help governments streamline operations, enhance transparency, and drive public trust.
As Managing Director, Nigel will focus on strengthening Foster Moore’s role as a key enabler of government digital transformation. By advancing best-in-class, scalable, secure, and compliant registry solutions, he will help governments enhance service delivery, support economic development, and improve regulatory oversight.
