Rosanne provides strategic registry advice to Foster Moore. Rosanne formerly led the Australian Securities and Investments Commission’s (ASIC’s) registry team.
In this role, she oversaw the administration of over 30 legal registers including 2.9 million companies, 2.4 million business names, professional and other registers.
The Registry team handled over 3 million business registrations and lodgements and facilitated over 220million data searches each year. Rosanne also had responsibility for ASIC’s call centre, handling over 600k enquiries annually.
Rosanne has led several projects to move registry services online and close service gaps and has implemented significant government and regulatory reforms including the introduction of new National Business Names, Financial Advisers, and Credit registers. Rosanne led ASIC’s work on proposals to modernise Australia’s business registers. Most recently Rosanne led the transfer of ASIC’s registry staff and functions to the Australian Taxation Office as part of the current Modernising Business Registers program.
Rosanne is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and postgraduate qualifications.
Rosanne was the president of the Corporate Registers Forum for the period 2017 -2021.
